Fall Festival, downtown Eau Claire

International Fall Festival, Eau Claire 2021
Eau Claire Fall Festival Event Attendee Information

The 2024 Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 14 on South Barstow Street in downtown Eau Claire.
Join us for a wide variety of music, food vendors, retailers, performances, kids activities and more!

Voter Registration volunteer information

Volunteers will work from a table along the festival street, to assist in voter registration, answer questions about voting in the 2024 elections, and promote membership in LWV-GCV.

PLEASE NOTE if you are a first-time volunteer or otherwise don't feel prepared to work independently, you may sign up as an "observer-volunteer" so that the lead volunteer will know that you'd appreciate some mentoring as you help with this activity.  Look for the "observer-volunteer" slots when you get to the sign-up page.

This is a lively street festival in the heart of downtown Eau Claire that brings thousands of visitors to enjoy food, music, exhibits, and cultural entertainment.  This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather! Wearing a mask is optional, except in case you are talking with a visitor who is masked, so please bring one with you.

The specific location of the LWV-GCV table will be confirmed closer to the date.  If it's not available at the time you sign up, the lead volunteer will send the information to you directly.

Volunteers are needed in three shifts, the first to start at 9:00am and the last to end at 5:30pm.  Volunteers for the first shift are asked to check in at the Festival booth at the North Entrance to the festival area at the intersection of Eau Claire Street and Barstow.

Parking will be available, for a fee, in municipal ramps and at on-street meters.

For further information, contact lead volunteer Kay Ironside, (608) 449-2392.
