2026 Annual Flower Basket Fundraiser
April 17th - May 3rd
This year we are again working with Season's Harvest Greenhouse, located five miles north of Menomonie. You will be purchasing a token that you will bring to Season's Harvest to redeem for a 12" Hanging Flower Basket of your choice. Each token will sell for $39. 00.
The directions for purchasing your token(s) are:
- Purchase your “Token(s)” from the LWV-GCV or League member.
- Your Token(s) will be mailed to you after we receive your order form and payment.
- Bring your “Token(s)” to Season’s Harvest Greenhouse between April 17, 2026 and June 1, 2026 and choose your 12” Premium Hanging Basket ($39.99 value). *Thousands to choose from*
- Proceed through the checkout with your basket so that the cashier can record and collect your “Token(s)”.
- LWV-GCV receives a percentage of the sales.
- Enjoy your beautiful basket all summer.
Note: Tokens expire on June 1, 2026
By May 3rd: Please send your check, payable to LWV-GCV and your completed order form to: LWV-GCV, P.O. Box 75, Menomonie, WI 54751.
Apr. 17 - Jun. 1: Monday-Saturday between 9am—6pm; Sunday 9am-5pm
Choose your 12" Hanging Flower Basket(s) and redeem your token(s) at Season’s Harvest Greenhouse.
You can place your order in one of three ways:

You can use this order form to submit sales you choose to make for yourself, and/or your friends. You have the option of mailing your order form with your payment, or request to pick-up your token(s) with your payment.
2) Complete an online form here: 2026 Spring Flower Basket Online Form
The online order includes a how to make a payment and where to mail your check, or
Sell to your friends and relatives, giving them the token(s) and collecting the money at the point of sale. Bring the funds you collect and any unsold tokens back to Judy by May 3rd.
