LWV WI: The Importance of Fair Courts

FAIR COURTS FORUM

The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin is sponsoring a statewide forum to better understand the role Courts play in the redistricting process, what voters should expect from the Courts and the League's role in the Courts to ensure Fair Maps.

Doug Poland from Stafford Rosenbaum LLC, Doug Keith from the Brennan Center for Justice and Debra Cronmiller from LWV of WI will lead this hour-long informative webinar.

Doug Poland is a partner at Stafford Rosenbaum’s Madison office. Doug’s practice focuses on appellate law and complex litigation, with emphasis on business, contract, and real estate disputes; election and voting rights law; environmental toxic torts; products liability; and consumer fraud lawsuits.

Douglas Keith is counsel in the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program, where he works primarily to promote fair, diverse, and impartial courts.

Debra Cronmiller is Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin.
